Well I am not trying to flame, but I was suppose to get my fios TV installed yesterday morning. Then is was moved to tech would be at my residents before 5pm, which never happen and not even a call letting me know that it was cancelled. So that was 8 hours of taken off of work waste for yesterday and another 4 hours today hoping they would call or come in the morning.. I"ve been on the phone for over 45 minutes on hold trying to find out what happen..
Anyone else have any similar experience with verizon customer service?
Very unhappy customer..

Were you placed on hold by the automated system or were you talking to someone from customer service who put you on hold? Whenever I have called, the automated system says up front how long the wait will be.

I was placed on hold, by a actual living person for over an hour.
