Fios TV - Add/Remove movie channel packages

I have a "HBO/CINEMAX" movie package that I would like to get rid of, but my verizon.com account lists Directv as my TV service instead of Fios TV...I was able to view my Fios tv overview details earlier this morning and I was in the process of removing the movie package when my computer froze and restarted. I went back and now I don't even see Fios tv listed as my tv service....I tried calling cust. service, but i was on hold for 2hrs, so I hung up...help me someone...if you know how to solve this.

Did you call 888-553-1555? Calling in is the only way your going to get the package removed.
