Fios TV app won’t allow to login

Error: 9-6-24-203-999

Device: iPhone X latest OS

Able to log into my fios and web, only tv app gives issues  on all networks.  Saw somebody had a problem before because of special characters in a password, removing these did not solve my issue.  Phone support cannot help,  not sure what to do.
