Fios TV missing channels from Preferred HD after moving

Last week I moved and switched services to a new address. I did not sign up for any new services. The technician came to our new place and checked everything out and since the previous owner had Fios we had no issues and had signal sent out. In our old residence, I had the Preferred HD package from as early as 2016 (could be 2015). While going through my lineup, I noticed that I was missing channels such as MLBN, NBAHD, NFLN, and NHLeHD. I called Verizon and there was no resolution. If all I did was switch services from one address to another and not switching to any new package,, why and how did I lose these channels? I am frustrated because now I need to pay for these channels. Any help would be appreciated.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
