I don't usually double post but it's been 8-9 days and I STILL have no signal. I've tried calling them. Yesterday or the day before they left a message saying out box was part of an outage that would be fixed by Today, 3 PM. I still get nothing. I called 5 minutes ago and they said the guide was updating and would take maybe 15 minutes. STILL, wouldn't I get a picture at least? Someone PLEASE help!
I am without FIOS TV service on my DVR's (7216) in Edmonds, Washington. I have also gone through the power recycling steps to no avail. It stops when the display shows 4 horizontal dashes in yellow and 2 dots slanted vertically - also in yellow. I was told by Verizon there is a DVR power outage in Washington. I also have a model 2500 and it is working properly. There is no estimated time to fix this because they don't know what the problem is.
