I am highly disappointed with Verizon as a whole. The service is awful, customer support is not available. . I filed a better business complaint because they screwed up my business phones so bad. I still am dealing with a bill they have sent me for service they couldnt supply. I'll be filing another because I just want to be rid of Verizon. I urge you to file one as well. I'd rather use rabbit ears and mail letters then to continue trying to rely on their service. Please Verizon, let me out of my contract and maybe with decreasing your amount of customers you can focus on providing service for anyone that would remain with you.
