Fios caller ID not showing up?

We changed our plan two days ago. I have faster internet, and every channel. I set up the caller ID on the TV, but it's not working yet. How long does it take? Has anyone else had to wait? Thank you!

go into stb settings
disable it
then enable it again
see how that works'same thing happened to me
