Fios mobile app doesn't record episode or series

I have been trying to record a series with the fios mobile app and it has completely stopped working. I always get a message like the one below. I have contacted support three times with no response.

"we apologize, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in a few minutes. Error code: 9118"
