Fix my error!

Renegotiated my contract in April.  3 months later you are turning off one of my boxes.  On the phone with Tech & Customer Support for over 4 hours.  How can I talk to someone who can fix this and not transfer me?

If you log in to your account online, does it show all of your boxes on your account?

You can also try support via twitter @verizonsupport. I have found them to be helpful in the past.
