Flexview problem resolved VOD_276

Our internet connection and my wireless account are on the Verizon business network; my husband has a residential wireless account. We could not order Flexview programs on the TV. I tried my phone: same problem. But when we used my husband’s cell, it worked. Yesterday, after giving this info to the support folks, they resolved the problem. It took almost a month, but it is working properly now.
