I bought a Flexview on demand movie yesterday and now my cable box went out. I download the media manager and I see how to rent my move again, but I want to watch the one I already rented! how do i access my purchased rental?
Open Verizon Media Manager. Click the On Demand button at the top of the window. Then click Purchase History under the On Demand drop-down list along the left side of the window. This should list the rental.
Remember that if you haven't started watching the movie rental yet, you can still access it for the next 30 days. If you have started it, you only have 24 to 48 hours to finish. However, Verizon might take pity on you if you tell them the circumstances.
