Our preferred way to watch our network shows is on-demand, at our convenience. To our frustration, depending on the day, phase of the moon, or whatever, various episodes of the shows seem to appear and disappear. Today's example is Grimm. On the verizon it shows that episodes 1-11 from season 2 should be available. On our box, it's 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8. Oh, and last week they were all there.
Is there a way to reload the episodes that should be there? What gives?
