I had posted this on the Idea Forum - http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Share-Your-Ideas-with-Verizon/DVR-Issues/idc-p/437461#M14633 and was told to place it here.
As I stated - Verizon needs a way to improve their DVR software. Having users reset their boxes with the Agent is great so we don't have to call but WHY is this needed in the first place?
The software would work...... Consistently.
