My tv was working fine last night. I rolled on top of the remote and the picture is now fuzzy and no sound. I thought all i had to do was put it back on the right channel but its not working. I disconnected the tv, set top box for a few minutes but nothing. So I went on live chat last night and they are completely useless. Is it a real person you talk to or is it a computer? When they said for me to do whatever I did it and then I said it did not fix the problem. Instead of suggesting something else, they would just repeat the steps again and again until I ended the conversation. My husband thinks we need a new tv because it is old but I dont believe thats the case. Any ideas?

Leaning on or dropping the remote might damage the remote but would have no effect on your TV. Try changing the channel and the volume to see if remote is damaged.

What do you mean? Right now the picture and sound are fine as long as I watch tv through the Wii. There must be a simple answer but unfortunately I am not good in solving these problems.

Ok forget my last post. My daughter said the Wii works on her tv not that she can watch tv through it.
