Going Digital

So after the big build up and the changeover supposed to take place on 25 August, we had ordered the digital adapters for all of our other tv's without set top boxes, but hadn't connected them yet, no difference.  Can still watch tv on the other tv's, nothing different on tv's with set top boxes.  Whats the deal?Smiley Indifferent  Anyone else find the same?

Once you are converted to digital you will need a set top box on every TV in your house unless your TV has a built in QAM tuner. If you have a QAM tuner will receive the unencrypted channels only.

You may not have actually gone digital yet.  The August 25th date they gave you may just be the date they are starting the digital conversion in your state.  It may well be a week or 2 before you are all digital.

The other possibility is that your TVs have digital tuners and don't need the converter boxes.

From what I understand, if you don't hook up the boxes and activate them within a certain time, you will get charged for them.
