Great customer service

I just wanted to alert Verizon of a great customer service experience I had earlier this week when I had a problem with my FIOS channels. Is this the only venue for this? It was probably the best customer service I've ever experienced on the phone, and top it off, you could tell he was a kid. The call took place on Wednesday morning, March 6th and he was in a call center in Utah. We all tend to complain about bad service all the time, so I wanted to take a minute and give kudos.

I had to call for assistance several months ago and got the Utah call center also.  They were helpful and took the extra step to get 2nd level tech support involved.  So maybe it's the water in Utah that their CSRs drink that makes them so helpful.  Just kidding.
