I am not one to write letters and normally when I do it's best service has been extremely poor, but today I wanted to write about an amazing install I had this last Sunday. Roger cam to my home and did a great job and explained all of my equipment to me. Later that night I went to use my second adapter box for the first time and realized I did not have my movie channels. I called Verizon and they said they would upgrade my box, but before I had them do that I called Roger directly and he informed me my box id set up to have those and would reprogram for me. Not only did he save me money in upgrading because he knew my equipment, he also reprogrammed it right away. I also was helped by a wonderful women who set up my account and I felt as if she listened to the things I needed and found me the best price possible.
