The guide data for Monday, 18 Jan, is wrong and needs to be corrected. It shows the NFL playoff game from Saturday as new, and a few episodes of "Cops" as time-filler. Now, I realize that in the bigger geopolitical world TV watching is not a priority issue, but many people simply want the information to make informed decisions. For those expecting to see Part 2 of the Season Premier for the popular show "24", it is not listed on Monday (even though we know it is being presented on a 2-night premier schedule, Sunday and Monday). I noticed this because I had set up my 7216 DVR to record the 2-night event earlier, and then the machine said it wouldn't record on Monday. Investigation revealed that Monday's program schedule had been altered to be radically wrong.

Well, the last reply from Contact Us (actually a person named Monette) indicated they were pleased that I had used the Verizon email system to contact them, but that better resolution of the issue could be had by phoning:888-553-1555. Before tackling that humbling experience, I checked the Guide Data and - Viola! The guide now correctly lists programming for Monday. I don't know how this happened, but I consider the issue resolved. Thank you.

Which VHO are you in? I am in VHO12 and the guide data is correct. Have you tried rebooting both the DVR and the router? That wil force the DVR to reload the guide data.

Thank you for the reply. I believe I am in VHO6 (People's Republic of RI), and Yes, I did perform the Universal Antidote Reboot For All Known Human Problems. Upon further review, I have determined that Saturday's schedule, 16 Jan, has been replicated and used for Monday's schedule, 18 Jan. I have emailed somebody at Verizon named Contact Us (sounds foreign), and they replied yesterday that it was technical, and been resolved. As of two minutes ago it was not resolved, and I replied back indicating such. I am now awaiting a reply to my reply of their reply. BTW, both the 7216 and the non-DVR 6200 are similarly affected (both hard rebooted too). Thank you.
