My FIOS TV was not working last night, so i unplugged the box and replugged it in a minute later. Now the TV works fine, but the guide only says that there is no information available. It has no information on the channel, what show is on, etc. How do I fix this?
On a related note, my TV was not working due to my remote having no effect on the cable box. A light appeared on the cable box when I changed the channel or did any other command on the remote, but nothing happened. This is why I had to unplug the box. Is there a better way to fix this problem with the cable box/remote if this happens again? Thanks.
