My guide just shows no program description available in all rooms. It started on my reg def stb a few days ago in the bedroom and now is a problem on the hd box in the living room. I have tried resetting then but it doesnt matter. Everything else including the picture is fine. Any advice?

Are you getting any guide data at all? Have you tried reseating the coax on the router and rebooting it?
I agree with the router. It's acting exactly like a router problem. Each STB would hold osme guide data for a short time but eventually would run out of data if they can't talk to the router.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
