Attempting to login to HBOGO results in error message:

I've tried allowing 3rd-party cookies on this browser: no effect.
Strangely this time MAXGO is still working - last time I had this problem, both were broken.
This has been a persistent, sporadic problem and is starting to go from "irritating" to "genuinely angry".
HBO Go is not working for me on any of my devices, as of today. I would appreciate anyone from Verizon getting in touch with me to explain why this is not working and how to fix it. At the risk of stating the obvious, I am unhappy with this situation.
