HD Channels so messed up, can't watch

Most of my Fios HD channels Sifi History, Discover al all so filled with static, hoizonal lines, vertical lines, picture freezing at  I can not watch. I go to non HD and all is clear. Been going on for 2 months now on both of my STB's. Like trying to watch TV via a bad antenna

I thought Verizon Tech assist was suposed to check out and help with these problems?? I guessed wrong!!

This is more of a user assisted help forum.

Couple of things:

1) Are they messed up on all STBs or just one?

2) If it is only one, does this one have a longer cable run than the others?

3) Make sure all of the connections are tight. Start from ONT and tighten all connectors.

4) My best luck to get TS is to send tweet to @verizonsupport.
