Sometimes when we watch a TV show On Demand, even though the original air date of the episode and channel is in HD, the On Demand episode is in SD and sometimes never switches over to HD. This is not unique to a single network, it has happened on multiple major networks. Even after a week after the air date, a show we wanted to watch was STILL in SD.  No option to watch in HD even though all other episodes were in HD.

Just got FIOS today and having a similar issue.  I can't find any HD content on demand.  Everything is in SD only.  Checked all of the major networks.  Live TV works with HD just fine.  Any ideas?
