HDMI Hookup

My HDMI worked fine and then once FIOS changed to the new format, I can no longer view HD on the HD source.  If  I pull the hd hookup out and plug it back in the picture comes on briefly and then goes to a black screen.   Is it my cable or my DVR?  Any suggestions?

We went through through  realignment this past week and both of my DVR boxes with HDMI work fine. Try another HDMI cable if you have one or try component cables to see if it is the box or the cable. You might also try a reset on the box. Also, make sure all of your connections are solid from the splitter to the cable box.

It is possible that the box changed settings. Turn the TV and box on and press POWER, SELECT and MENU from the front of the box in succession to access these settings.
