HDMI Set top Box - One tv HDMI, One tv RF out, no sound on rf out

I have a Verizon HDMI DVR setup to my main tv via HDMI cable. 

I connected a coax cable to the RF out connector on my DVR and ran the cable to my kitchen.

I have a great picture, but no sound on the TV in my kitchen.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

I dealt with this once upon a time and just confirmed it again using an TV fed by RF. The sound level for the RF out is controlled first by the STB but also the TV (which is not the case with HDMI). So check the sound volume level on the STB (Settings>>Audio & Video>>Audio>>Set-Top Box Volume) and ensure that it's not all the way to the left (the light grey bar should not be visible). Use the up arrows to increase after pressing OK once when you get to this screen.
