I live in Northern NJ and just purchased a HDTV. I already have the 6416 HD multi-room DVR and get a handful of HD channels (CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, etc..) also USA. I try TBS, TNT, FX HD and a handful of others and the guide says I'm not subscribed. I can't find anything online for a subscription option for HD - only for premiums like HBO, Cinemax, Movie Package, etc.. I've tried the phone number a few times (888-553-1555) unfortunately at the wrong times when the office is closed - does anyone out there know the answer to this?

Thanks for the tip - I called them today and when I got home I had the rest of the HD channels. They just had to turn them on for me. Thanks!

You need HD content enabled for your account. You have to wait for the business office to open. M-F normal business hours and half a day on Saturday.
