This may sound like a stupid question but I surfed through the boards and the Verizon support topics are useless. I am trying to order a particular movie on demand. Now I've seen the movie trailer in the VOD infomercial that pops up on my TV and it is also listed as a VOD on the VOD Homepage online. But when I search for the movie it's NOT there. It's the wierdest thing. I searched all the VOD listings online, I searched the VOD listings on my FIOS TV and nothing. It's like I'm being teased by a movie that doesn't exist. It is not a premium channel VOD. Why would a VOD be advertised and then not made available to order. Am I missing something here? Any help?
Let me add that I have ordered VOD before and have never encountered this problem.
