Contacted FIOS Tech support via the chat... The representative fixed NOTHING... opened up one ticket with the wrong information, and then disconnected the chat before he even attempted to look at all my problems. WOW. personal info has been x'd out.

Justin(14:20:22): You have to have that set up as well for the caller id on the TV to work

Justin(14:22:43): They are a seperate support group, call them at Call Assistant 866-697-0853
Justin(14:22:48): They can fix that issue

Well I called the website tech support to fix an issue with the phone button on the website giving me a service unavailable error... They completely wiped out my account and now I can't re-register.... Granted I could NOT understand what the woman was saying... I am trying via chat again....
