I have an issue that needs Verizon to come out to my house and I have called several times the last few days and gotten zero humans. Specifically, a cord was cut by the Verizon tech last time he was here and the TV is now completely off because of it.
Today, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Factor in the 3 hours yesterday and 2 the day before that.....wow
