• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
Since it is doubtful Verizon will admit that rolling out this awful new guide was a big mistake, I have no choice but to figure out how to use it. On the old guide, when I searched (B), I only got upcoming scheduled shows. With the new guide, I get the On Demand and Buy/Rent listings. Is there are way to restrict it to only upcoming scheduled shows? I went through settings and didn't see anything.

The menu items and use of the guide have not changed from the prior version to 1.9.7 with the exception of some enhancements (like it DVR recordings, etc.). You can still do the same thing you could always do.
FYI search has always (since the prior update) shown both live and VOD (including purchase options) selections in the results, at least for my service.
