Why can't I access the MTV app on my Android phone when I have access to MTV on the television? This also applies to other apps as well. I have the FiOS Double Play package. Please help!
Is Verizon listed as a provider?
Are you trying this at home while connected to your Verizon WiFi?
If not, not all channels are available outside of your home.
