I received an email for a free echo dot and prime membership. The link inside the email that says "lets go" takes me to the app. Once signed in, there is no link to "redeem now" as stated in the email. I have called and chatted with Verizon several times, followed multiple troubleshooting steps, and still nothing. At this point, its about the principle of the matter. I am begining to think they made this offer just to lock me into another 2-year-agreement.
