Our home was previously wired for DirectTV and not cable. FIOS came through the back of the house for Internet and then the tech suggested running coax cable wire from the back through the kitchen to our living room. This would running 45-60 feet of cable along our floor and wall trimming. This would be an eyesore. Would "inside wire maintenance plan" provide alternative options? Any other suggestions?
You could have used the original DirecTV wiring.
I assume they didnt install FiOS near location of existing cable entry.
