How To Ship FiOS TV STB

I would like to return my FiOS TV STB. Can I receive a return kit? During this pandemic, I do not want to go into a store to return the equipment. Massachusetts is under a stay at home advisory.

Call, contact on Twitter or try: https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect. Ask them for a return shipping box and tag, then have UPS do a pick up.

Go to any  UPS store. They have a contract with Fios. They will box it up, issue you a receipt and send it back.
