How can I get help with VOD_46 Error

Hi I recently changed from the Movies package to just Showtime and the Movie Channel. When I try to access on Demand for Showtime of TMC I get the dreaded VOD_46 you are not subscribed to this package message. Can anyone help me in resolving this.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
