How do I set Parental Control for VOD and PPV

Hi,

I would like to set the control purchase of PPV and VOD but should be able to view all free PPV and VOD. Please help.

I have cheked the Parental Control >> Purchase PIN option but the option was disabled .

You were in the right place.. Menu > Settings > Parental Controls

Put in your Parental Control PIN

Go into these settings

First make sure Enable is on

Then go to Control Purchases

If you want to use the Parental PIN you needed to enter to get into these settings, select Use Parental PIN

If you want it to be a seperate PIN for purchases, do Use Purchase PIN

You can set either of these PINs from the Change PIN option

Thanks!! for the quick reply. I think you are talking about changing it from the remote. I will do that once I'm at home.

BTW I tried to do it online and it didn't allow.

So if you want to set parental controls from internet, you will NEED TO KNOW THE CURRENT CODE: 

Go to verizon.com/fiostvcentral 

Sign In

Click on "Parental Controls" on the left hand side of screen

Choose the STB

Enter the current parental control code

(At this point, you will be given access to parental control options in the STB)
