for the last week Ive been trying to get a NEW box activated. The box is getting an ip via the router and we have tried on a port that has a current box working.

If you send me a private message with the name on your account and the serial number of your stb I can activate it for you. If your stb is a 7xxx series the sn begins with MA. All other stb sn begin with M. Thanks
