How does a customer get customer service, talk to a human? Ordered HD and only got 6 HD channels

How do I actually get a person to help me? I called the services numbers and was on hold for over an hour without every being connected. I tried to send emails and it looped me back the central support page. This sucks.

We ordered HD, got the box and got it all set up. Regular channels work. We got 6 HD channels which were generally the networks. What happened to the ESPN, News channels, etc on HD?

It sounds like the box didnt get fully authorized.

Can one of the Verizon guys who monitor this Help him out?

To get all HD channels, sign up for Extreme HD package.

Fios Essentials package will only provide local channels 6-7 in HD.

The order may not be completed yet. Try calling 1-888-553-1555 again.
