How to activate a 2nd DVR for Remote Access

I recently added a 2nd DVR to my service, and want to be able to access it remotely.  When I go to activate it through the STB Menu, it says inactive.  It has my username and a confimation # to activate.  When I go to FiOS TV Central, it sees my 2nd DVR STB, but won't allow me access to program, etc;

Any help is much appreciated.

I was not aware of the ability to use that feature with more than 1 DVR.. though I could be wrong

If it is possible, I am sure some will come around and explain how
