When I renewed my 2 yr contract and updated my Ultimate HD package I was told by the agent I was chatting with that I was eligible for the Netflix offer. I still have not received it. I had another chat with another agent who saw the previous chat and said the agent made a false promise and he would have the "back end team" contact me. This has also not happened. Does anyone know how I can contact the back end team or have any ideas how I can get the Netflix I was promised?
