I don't know what to do anymore. I currently do have fios.
Problem is I am trying to move my family onto fios.
This is the issue. Fios is right next to them.
I called on last friday and rep promised to get back at me with an update.. it's now 8/1/13 and no one bothered
then I called on tuesday.. another rep promised to get an update he also said he would submit express ticket to the engineering team.
It's like you guys don't want their money when they wanna give it to you so bad.
I can see the fiberbox on the pole from the window or simply walk 1 minute it's right next to them.
So I would like to have my topic moved to private so I can have someone who would actually care to help me..
