The picture is coming in distored on alot of channels. It there a quick fix? Its like we have direct tv and the trees are blocking the signal. Help please.

You can do a reset on the website, it's www.verizon.com/repair you have to log in with your email but you would click quick fix set top box.
OR you can do it in the menu - you would click menu>customer support>in home agent>reboot set top box, or auto fix set top box.
The main problem with pixelating picture, is cables, maybe they came loose or someone mght have been cleaning near the connectors (dusting, moving clothes furniture etc..) But you should unhook the cable at the wall or splitter and the back of the set top box. if it's only happening on one set top box, then that is most likely the issue.
