Trying to get an HBO promotion that Verizon called me to accept, then spent over 2 hours on phone calls, spoke with 4 reps, escalated 2 times, got disconnected 2x, and most recently the Verizon rep HUNG UP on me, and it STILL does not work.
Does anyone at Verizon care at all?
I'm not replying to your question but rather asking another one for which I would like to file a formal complaint..
Why is it that I get penalized if I try to break the 24 month contract I signed and Verizon seems to have unlimted power to remove TV channels from my package. They just simply sent me an e-mail saying they are removing 2 ESPN channels from the ExtremeHD package which I consider a breach of contract.
