I upgraded from the Extreme HD tv package I ordered in 2009 to the latest one. IFC is supposed to be included in this package. I can view IFC in standard definition and the On-Demand content, but I cannot view the HD channel for IFC. It tells me I am not subscribed. The FIOS techs in customer support cannot help me. I have already had my STB rebooted like 3 times. Anyone else have a similar problem? The Customer Service just wants to keep switching me back and forth from service/billing to the fios techs b/c they don't know seem to know what to do.

IFC HD is available in the Movie Subscription package.

IFC HD was removed from the movie package a few months ago, if you have the Extreme package and are seeing the SD version, you should be getting it. Try calling customer service.
