I seen the chain threat of the same issue since 2010 and looks likes no one has provide an answer or solution. I recently tried to sign in and doesnt work, according to technical support there answer was "we are still working towards the solution" really???? Since 2010???? This is application issue that can be fixed by creating a patch or pull youtube out the Fios and create a new application or updated one.. its not hard to make it!
If you have a product on your system needs to work 100% for customer sastifaction cannot give an application that barely works!
