I think my replacement DVR has failed to activate.

After it downloaded for a couple of hours it turned off. I then did the self activation thing and turned it on but it just sits there with a 0 (zero) on the display. It has been a couple hours. Power cycling has no effect. Still 0.

 

Please help.
