I have the HBO, Cinemax & Movie package, I have access to all the channels. I also have access to all the HBO, and Cinemax VOD channels.  From the movie package I only have access to Showtime, Starz, TMC, Encore and Sundance VOD, when I try to acces IFC or FLIX VOD I receive a message telling me I have to subscribe.

Omerc139::

Randomly, this sometimes occurs where even though the channels are all properly displaying, a code in the system doesn't transfer properly between systems, resulting in the VODs not being available.

What I would recommend is contact the orders department (or After Hours, who'll be in... today, technically), and have them "refresh" your package, it'll show the VOD codes added during the recap. Once that order is released, it generally takes 2-4 hours to get the VOD access updated to your account, at which time you'll be able to enjoy all your VODs.

Hope this helps!

I just wanted to tell you guys that I ran into a similar VOD problem as stated above. I subbed to the HBO Cinemax package and I added the rest of the movie chs to that pack. It turned out that none of the On-Demand was active for all of the chs that I added. So I sepnt 2 hrs on the phone with support and it accomplished nothing. Then the next day I called Billing and the guy cancelled my pay tv stations and then put another order in for all the chs right after the cancel order cleared. It took from 5pm until sometime at night to come in, but everything works great now.

Vinny, I had the exact same problem as well. I added Cinemax to my HBO/Movies package and lost all VOD as well. Sorry to hear you had to spend 2 hours on the phone, I guess I got lucky. I was only on for about 1/2 hour, was transferred quite a bit during that time but within 20 minutes of hanging up with them my issue was completely fixed.

I do have to give kudos to the Verizon reps I spoke with, every single one of them was extremely nice and tried to be as helpful as humanly possible.
