I had called this in. It can show my dvr name, but says nothing on it and that it can't communicate.
I put a ticket in for this, they got it working FOR 2 DAYS!
Now it is out again.....
The DVR address is correct, as shown in my router firewall ports listed. The RED verizon supplied entry is in there, it just doesnt work.
If I try to schedule from the web, same type error, "Cannot communicate with 1nnnnnnnn1 - not responding'
How does this get fixed forever?
