IR on the new box.

I have my box set up in a closet seperate from my TV. For my remote to work in the past I have placed an IR sensor on the IR receiver of the box and placed the main IR reciever below the TV. With this new box it does not seem to work. Where is the reciever for the signal from the remote? is it not located on the front of the box?

Shine a flashlight on the front of the STB and you will be able to see where the IR receiver is.
