Import Series Settings From Cloud

After setting up my new DVR I told it to import series settings from cloud. It said successful (I also exported series settings from cloud on old box) - The old series are not showing up on my new box. I was on the phone with tech support for over an hour and got no where. Any ways to make it import again?

I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having with the series retrieval. Have you gotten this corrected yet? Please unhook the box and then hook it back up. Run a DVR auto fix by pressing MENU, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET-TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Replay back if you need additional help that way we can assist further.
